    2 glasses of water

    1. To prepare the sherbet, put water and sugar in a pot and boil. Add lemon juice and boil for 1-2 more minutes.
    2. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
    3. Grate unsalted fresh white cheese.
    4. Reserve 2 spoons of flour for later use, sift the remaining flour and place it on a large tray.
    5. Make a carrot shape in the middle and add eggs and baking soda.
    6. Add 4 tablespoons of margarine and cheese softened at room temperature and knead for 3-4 minutes.
    7. Divide the dough into 18 pieces, lightly coat it in the reserved flour and roll it in your hands.
    8. Arrange the dough balls on the greased baking tray, spaced apart.
    9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until it turns pink.
    10. Put the cooked dough into warm syrup and boil for about 15 minutes until it softens.
    11. Take it with a colander and place it on a serving plate. When it cools down, you can decorate it with grated coconut. Bon appetit in advance.
