    Materials

    2 kg pumpkin
    2.5 cups of granulated sugar

    3 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pistachios

    Cut the hard skin and green parts of the zucchinis with a knife and slice them cleanly. Wash and drain the water.
    Arrange the zucchini slices in a wide space, side by side (be careful not to overlap). Sprinkle granulated sugar on top. Let the casing of the pot sit for 1 hour.
