The ready-to-cook kadayıf is placed in the oven at 180 degrees. This will continue until it turns red. After frying, it is put on the market and cold syrup is poured over it. It is left to wait until the sherbet is absorbed, and after it is absorbed, it is sliced and ready to serve.
