    MATERIALS

    For the cake;

    3 eggs
    1 glass of sugar
    1 cup of yoghurt
    1 cup semolina
    1 cup flour
    1 orange
    1 pack of sugar vanillin
    1 packet of baking powder
    1 teacup of oil

    For sherbet;

    3 glasses of water
    3 cups of sugar
    juice of half a lemon

    FABRICATION

    1. First you need to prepare the sherbet. Put sugar and water in a deep pot and boil them. After boiling, add lemon juice, boil for another 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.
    2. For the cake, put the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
    3. Add oil, yoghurt and semolina and whisk.
    4. Grate the peel of 1 orange and add it to the mixture to give a pleasant smell and taste.
    5. Finally, add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
    6. Grease the baking tray and pour the cake batter.
    7. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
    8. The cake taken out of the oven is cut and cooled syrup is poured over the hot cake.
    9. After resting for 1-2 hours, it is served with decorations if desired.
