5 cups of milk (preferably goat’s milk)
1 and a half cups of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of pure salep

- Put 5 glasses of milk in a deep pot and boil it.
- Add granulated sugar to boiling milk and mix.
- Melt warm water and salep in a bowl.
- Slowly add the salep into the boiling sugary milk and continue mixing.
- It is very important that the salep dissolves completely in milk. So stir until you make sure it melts.
- Remove the boiling milk from the stove and cool it by stirring.
- Once it has cooled down to a sufficient temperature, transfer it to a large bowl and place it in the freezer.
- After 15 minutes, remove the container from the freezer and stir with an iron spoon. Then throw it back in the freezer.
- Repeat this process every 20 minutes until the ice cream reaches the consistency of gum.
- When the consistency of the ice cream solidifies, you can serve it.Enjoy your meal.
