When it comes to milk dessert, the first recipe that comes to mind is chicken breast. But chicken breasts made in two different ways are divided into real and false. Even though real chicken breast takes longer to cook, its taste is worth the wait. Chicken breast, served as slices or in bowls, can also be flavored with fruit sauces if desired. At the same time, serving it with ice cream on summer days doubles its taste. So, how to make real chicken breast? If you have the ingredients on the list ready, we can move on to the recipe details for making real chicken breast.

How Many Calories in 1 Portion of Real Chicken Breast?

One serving of chicken breast is approximately 165 calories. Since it is rich in sugar, it should be consumed in moderation.

    For Real Chicken Breast

    Materials
    Half piece of chicken breast
    3 tablespoons rice flour
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    5 cups of milk
    1 piece of mastic gum
    6 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon butter

How to Make Real Chicken Breasts

Cut the chicken breast into thin pieces and boil it by adding enough water to cover it.

Separate the boiled chicken breast into wires using a fork. Then put it in a colander and wash it under water.

Add some more water to the chicken breast you reserved and let it sit to remove its smell.

When the smell of chicken disappears, squeeze the water from the meat and strain it.

Add cold milk and chicken into a large pot and boil for 10 minutes.

Take rice flour and corn starch in a separate bowl and thicken it with boiling milk.

Then add the starch mixture to the pot and mix with a whisk.
Add mastic gum and granulated sugar into the pot and continue mixing.

Melt the gum with the help of a wooden spoon and cook the mixture by beating it.

When the chicken breast reaches a paste-like consistency, add a small piece of butter and melt at its own temperature.

Pour the fully cooked chicken breast into bowls or into my baking tray. Cool in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal.
