Pepecura is one of the desserts that appeal to the appetite with both its smell and color. A delicious pudding recipe from fragrant grapes… Try it now before it runs out. Thank you in advance.

    Ingredients for Pepecura Recipe

one kilogram black grapes (separated from stems)
    6 water glass

This 40-gram cornflour (heavy 3 tablespoons)
30-gram corn starch (heavy 2 tablespoons)
    3.5 tablespoon sugar

    How to Make Pepecura Recipe?

After separating the grapes from their stems, wash them and drain the water.
Put it in a pot and add water. When it starts to bubble, boil the grapes for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Strain into a bowl and crush the grape pulp with a spoon.

Put half of the resulting wort back into the pot. Dissolve corn flour in 2 tablespoons of water.
Dissolve starch in 2 tablespoons of water.
Then, first add the corn flour little by little (add it little by little to prevent lumps), then add the starch little by little.

While adding both, mix quickly with a whisk to avoid lumps.
After mixing the flour and corn thoroughly, add the remaining part of the wort with a ladle and continue mixing. Add sugar and mix.

You can increase the sugar according to the sweet and tart balance of the grapes. Sometimes the grapes are sweeter, sometimes they can be tart. Enjoy your meal.
