    Ingredients for Mantı Dough:

    3.5 cups of flour
    1 cup of lukewarm water
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 egg

    Ingredients for Mantı Filling:

    250g lean ground beef
    1 medium-sized onion
    1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon of salt

    Cooking Mantı:

    2 tablespoons of butter
    2 tablespoons of tomato paste

    Yogurt Sauce for Mantı:

    Garlic yogurt
    1 teaspoon of dried mint
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon of sumac

    Instructions:

    – In a deep mixing bowl, combine 3.5 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
    – Make a well in the center and add 1 egg. Gradually add 1 cup of lukewarm water while mixing.
    – Knead until the dough reaches a smooth consistency, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest.
    – Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing 250g of lean ground beef with finely chopped onion, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt.
    – Divide the dough into three equal parts and roll them into balls. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet on a floured surface.
    – Cut the dough into small squares and place a small amount of filling in the center of each square. Fold the corners to form a mantı shape.
    – Freeze the assembled mantı on a floured tray.
    – Boil water in a pot and cook the frozen mantı for 15-20 minutes.
    – In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to make the sauce. Pour the sauce over the cooked mantı.
    – Serve the mantı with garlic yogurt sauce seasoned with dried mint, red pepper flakes, and sumac. Enjoy!
