    Ingredients for Lahmacun Filling:

    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    2 tomatoes
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 heaped tablespoon tomato paste
    1 bunch of parsley
    500g minced meat
1 teaspoon each of red pepper flakes and paprika
1 teaspoon each of black pepper and cumin
    1 teaspoon salt

    Ingredients for Dough:

    4 cups of flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 cups of water

    How to Make Homemade Lahmacun:

    • Finely chop the onion, green pepper, and red pepper. Blend them with the diced tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, and parsley.
    • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add minced meat, spices, and salt. Mix well.
    • Prepare the dough by combining flour, salt, sugar, and water. Knead until smooth and let it rest.
    • Divide the dough into portions, roll them into balls, and let them rest.
