    Recipe for Quick Homemade Iskender Kebab:

    600g ready-made döner meat (or homemade döner, find the recipe on my page)
    4-5 pieces of tırnak pide bread (find the recipe on my page)

    For the Sauce:

    2 tablespoons of butter
    2 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste
    3 cups of hot water
    Black pepper, salt

    To Drizzle Over:

    125g of butter

    Instructions for Quick Homemade Iskender Kebab:

    – Heat the döner slices in a pan, flipping until lightly browned.
    – Cube the tırnak pide bread and arrange it on a serving plate.
    – For the sauce, melt butter in a pan, add tomato paste, and gradually stir in hot water.
    – Season with black pepper and salt, then simmer for 5 minutes.
    – Pour the prepared sauce over the cubed bread.
    – Arrange the sautéed döner slices on top of the bread, pouring extra sauce if desired.
    – Heat butter until sizzling and drizzle it over the dish.
    – Optionally, serve with yogurt, grilled peppers, and tomatoes on the side. Enjoy! This recipe serves 4-5 people and can be quickly prepared in just 15 minutes, making it perfect for unexpected guests or cravings.
