Discover our easy-to-make Dry Baklava recipe! A delightful twist on the classic treat. Perfect for tea time or special occasions. Enjoy!

    Dry Baklava Recipe:

    Ingredients:

    12 sheets of baklava pastry
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    4-5 tablespoons tahini
    5-6 tablespoons powdered sugar
    1 cup finely chopped walnuts

    Tips for Dry Baklava:

Adjust the amount of tahini according to your taste preferences.
Avoid sprinkling powdered sugar on the baklava while it’s too hot to maintain its crispiness.
Store the baklava in a sealed container to preserve its crunchiness.

    Instructions:

1- Melt the butter, then add vegetable oil and tahini, mix well.
2-Place one sheet of dry baklava pastry on a work surface, brush with the tahini mixture. Layer another sheet of pastry on top and repeat the process.
3-After placing the final sheet of pastry, spread the mixture, sprinkle powdered sugar (about 1.5 tablespoons), and scatter chopped walnuts.
4-Roll the pastry loosely into a log shape.
5-Cut the rolled pastry into slices about 3 fingers thick.
6-Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7-Bake the dry baklava in a preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Leave the baked baklava to cool.
8-Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving. Enjoy your meal!
