    Materials

    7-8 peeled and grated carrots
1 tea glass of hot water
    1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
    2 packs of plain biscuits
    5-6 tablespoons of sugar
    1 tea glass of walnuts
    1 packet of vanilla
    Coconut for topping

    How to Make Carrot Cezerye?

We have a delicious recipe that will remind you of your childhood! Be sure to try the delicious carrot cezerye, which you can easily make at home. So, how to make carrot cezerye?

Step 1: Put the grated carrot into the pot, mix it with sugar and hot water and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates.

Step 2: If you are sure it is cooked, turn off the stove, add cinnamon and vanilla, stir and let it cool a little.

Step 3: When it reaches a temperature that will not burn your hands, add the ground walnuts and the biscuits you made either in your hand or in the rondo and mix with your hand.

Step 4: Add large pistachios and either make a ball or spread it in my baking pan.

Step 5: Cut the cezerye you spread into squares with the help of a knife

Last step: Then coat it in coconut and place it on the tray.

Tip: If the mixture sticks to your hand, you can put water in a small plate and dip your hand slightly in the water from time to time. Since the biscuits will be slightly chunky, be sure to grind them in the rondo before turning them into flour.

    Enjoy your meal.
